The houses in the street vary from residential home to other short term rental properties. Although you neighbours keep themselves to themselves you will find them exceptionally warm and welcoming. The house benefits from a drive easily large enough for two cars and a garage likewise.

The front garden is laid to lawn with one North American pine in one corner. The garden is tended to every two weeks, or more often in the growing season. A security light is fitted under the porch to make life easier when returning late in the evening. Access to the front door is gained by means of a coded lock which is changed for each visitor, and has a further lock internally once you retire for the evening. The house can also be protected by the means of a security system which is linked back to a central control.
